	Bianchina The three notable companies behind the italian brand “Autobianchi“ were the Bianchi company, founded in 1899, der Pirelli corporation as well as Fiat. The reason for this collaboration was to increased sale of luxury variations based on the Fiat 500. The designer Luigi Rapi created the elegant design of the Bianchina, that was presented to the public at the Torino car-parlor in 1957. Over 10 000 models sold in the first year of production indicated the overwhelming success of the Autobianchi brand. In 1958, the Bianchina was taken up in Autobianchi’s range.
