> New Fiat 500 as an underground


Next train on platform 1: the new Fiat 500

Since January 2008 two perly, little Fiat 500 are touring through Berlin/Germany on an underground every weekend. They greet the citizens of the German capital with a friendly "Happy new 'Car of the Year' everybody". The 'Fiat 500-Express' is always a big surprise for all the passengers of the underground waiting for their train to arrive. The 'Car of the Year 2008' can be admired the next few weekends. You should not miss this 'event' if you visit Berlin by chance.

> The green 'Plakette' also for Fiat 500 and Fiat 126 with bigger cylinder capacity

In Germany there was passed a new law that it is only allowed to drive in big cities with a green 'Plakette'. The 'Plakette' is a badge which allows the car to drive in areas marked as environment protection zones. There are green, yellow and red badges. It is forbidden to drive in these areas with yellow and red badges. The cars only get the green 'Plakette' when they are upgraded with a controlled catalytic converter. Now it is possible to get the green 'Plakette' also for Fiat 500 and Fiat 126 with bigger cylinder capacity.

Our scrap-part campaign continues

For sending us your cleaned steering-knuckle scrap-parts, we will issue either a refund of EUR 25,00 or a purchase voucher of EUR 35,00 that you can deduct from your next order.

The production of original Fiat 500 steering-knuckles had already ended in the 70ies. For this reason, it is necessary for us to charge a scrap-part deposit in order to be able to continue the supply of rebuilt parts. Despite the deposit charged, which is currently at EUR 40,00, far too few scrap-parts are returned to us.

For a long time, we were able to make do with scrap-parts that we found in one of the many italian junkyards, to have these rebuilt. After most of these junkyards are now closed, this source has dwindled almost completely, therefore the availability of rebuilt steering-knuckles can no longer be guaranteed in the long run.
For this reason we have decided to initiate our scrap-part campaign:
For sending us your old Fiat 500 or Fiat 126 steering-knuckle scrap-parts in clean condition, you will receive either EUR 25.00 by check or to your credit-card or a credit-note / voucher worth EUR 35.00, which can be handed in for one of your next orders.

This offer remains valid to 31.12.2007.
