If the shipping charges cannot be calculated online you will receive in brief an E-mail containing a link. With this link you can do the payment in a comfortable way. Therefor please check your email account mentioned at your order and follow the instructions.
There are no additional costs for any of the payment methods listed here. Payments are processed via Novalnet, a globally leading payment service provider licensed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and headquartered in Garching near Munich. Novalnet is PCI-DSS certified, complies with ESG requirements according to national and international best practices, and was nominated again in 2025 for the Ecommerce Berlin Award in the category "Best Payment Provider," having previously won in 2021 and 2018. As early as 2011, Novalnet was recognized as the "Best Payment Service Provider" at the t3n Magazine Web Awards. Credit card payments are processed by our payment service provider Novalnet AG under the PCI-DSS* security standard. We accept credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard. Your sensitive credit card information is entered directly on the secured servers of Novalnet AG via an iFrame on our payment page. As a payment service provider, Novalnet AG offers PCI-DSS*-certified credit card processing. Novalnet AG has undergone examination under the regulations of the PCI DSS* organization and has successfully passed it. Technically, the secure transmission of data is achieved via iFrame.  | Prepayment by bank transfer / advance payment After completing your order, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, and we will ship your order upon receipt of payment. We have automated the processing of incoming payments with the help of our payment service provider Novalnet AG. If you choose "Prepayment by bank transfer / advance payment," you will receive the necessary information for the transfer, bank account details + amount + reference, once from us by email (with our automatic order confirmation) and once from Novalnet. You transfer the outstanding invoice amount (providing the above information: bank account details + amount + reference). Novalnet automatically assigns the receipt of payment and informs us. We will then process your order and ship it. NOTE: It may take some time until payment is confirmed by Novalnet! For urgent orders, we recommend choosing a different payment method! |
